Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the Testicle Gaming website and software. By buying a license, downloading the app, or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.

Purchases are sold by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Payment, tax, and buyer terms for checkout are also covered by Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms.

What Testicle Gaming is

Testicle Gaming is a Windows tray app. Record with OBS; the app automatically detects your OBS clips, renames and sorts them into the NVIDIA clips location, and lets you access them through NVIDIA Alt+Z. It does not inject into games.

License

• Buying a plan gives you a personal license key for one PC.
• You may use the software for personal, non-commercial gameplay clipping on that PC while your plan is active.
• You may not share, sell, rent or publicly redistribute license keys or the paid binary.
• You may not reverse-engineer the app except where local law allows.
• To move to a new PC, deactivate the key on the old PC first (License → Deactivate this PC), then activate on the new one.

Plans, renewals and cancelling

Day Pass, Monthly and Lifetime plans are described on the pricing page. Lifetime is a one-time payment that never renews. Monthly renews automatically until you cancel via Polar's Customer Portal (link in your purchase email). See our Refund Policy for refunds and cancellations.

Your responsibilities

• Use the software only on systems you own or control.
• Set OBS and NVIDIA gallery paths correctly. Wrong paths can make the Alt+Z gallery look empty.
• Don't use the product for anything illegal or to violate someone else's rights.

Trademarks

NVIDIA, GeForce, Alt+Z, OBS and OBS Studio are trademarks of their respective owners. Testicle Gaming is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with NVIDIA or OBS Studio.

Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is." We try to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will work on every PC, every OBS version, or every NVIDIA App/GeForce Experience build. Compatibility can change when NVIDIA or OBS update. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost clips, lost data, downtime or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
