Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what Testicle Gaming collects and what we don't. We keep it simple on purpose.

Payments are processed by Polar (Merchant of Record). Polar's own Privacy Policy covers checkout, receipts and tax data.

What the website collects

Our marketing site is a static page. We do not run an account system on the site. Your browser may send normal server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to our host (Netlify). We don't sell that data.

What the Windows app collects

• License key (local): After you activate, the app stores your license key and related status in a local file under your Windows AppData folder so it can stay activated on that PC.
• License checks: When you activate, deactivate, or when the app periodically validates your plan, it sends your license key and a device identifier to our license validation service to confirm the key is valid and within the one-PC limit.
• Clips folder path: Stored only on your PC so the app knows which folder to watch.

The app does not upload your clips, screenshots, mic audio, Discord content, game data or browsing history. It does not inject into games. Clip detection, rename, and sort happen on your PC only.

What Polar collects at checkout

When you buy a plan, Polar collects the information needed to process payment, send your receipt and license key, and handle taxes (for example name, email, payment details and billing country). We receive order details needed for support (such as your order email and plan). We do not store your full card number.

Support email and Discord

If you email testiclegaming@proton.me or open a Discord ticket, we'll see whatever you send us (message text, screenshots, order email). We use that only to help you and to run the product.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run the product (mainly Polar for payments and licensing, and our web host for the site), or if the law requires it.

Retention

Local license data stays on your PC until you delete the app's AppData folder or deactivate. Order records are kept by Polar as required for accounting and fraud prevention. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your choices

• Deactivate your PC in the app to free the license slot.
• Cancel a subscription from Polar's Customer Portal (link in your purchase email).
• Email us to ask what support info we hold or to request deletion of support emails we control.

Children

Testicle Gaming is not directed at children under 13. Don't buy or use it if you are under 13.
