Refund Policy

Overview

Thanks for choosing Testicle Gaming. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains when you can get a refund and how to ask for one.

Testicle Gaming is sold through Polar, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Polar handles payments and taxes, and issues refunds back to your original payment method. Your purchase is also covered by Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Eligibility & refund window

• Monthly (first payment) and Lifetime ($39.99): If Testicle Gaming isn't working for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
• Technical problems: If the software won't run on your PC, your license key never arrived, or you can't activate it, and we can't fix it, we'll refund you.
• Duplicate or accidental purchases: If you were charged twice or bought the wrong plan, contact us and we'll refund the extra charge or help you switch plans.

Refunds may be refused if we or Polar find signs of fraud, refund abuse, or key sharing. When a refund is issued, the license key for that order may be deactivated.

Lifetime ($39.99)

Lifetime is a one-time payment. It never renews and has nothing to cancel. Your license key works on one PC for as long as Testicle Gaming is offered, and you can move it to a new PC with License → Deactivate this PC.

Day Pass ($4.99)

The Day Pass gives you a 24-hour license that starts when you buy it. Since it's short and low-cost, it isn't covered by the 14-day money-back window. We will still refund a Day Pass if a technical problem stopped you from using it, as long as you contact us within 14 days of buying it.

Subscriptions & cancelling

• The Monthly ($7.99) plan renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Polar's Customer Portal (link is in your Polar receipt / purchase email). Sign in with the email you used at checkout, open your subscription, then cancel.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't refund unused time after a renewal. If a renewal charged you by mistake and you haven't used the software since, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it.
• To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

How to request a refund

Email testiclegaming@proton.me and include: 1. The email address you used at checkout 2. Your order number (it's in your Polar receipt email) 3. A short note on what went wrong

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Once your refund is approved, Polar sends it to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 days to show up on your statement. You can also contact Polar directly about any order.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We can almost always sort things out faster. Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms ask buyers to contact them before raising a chargeback. A chargeback that's found to be without merit may lead Polar to block future purchases, and the license key may be deactivated.

EU/UK customers

Testicle Gaming is digital content that's delivered right away. Under Polar's Checkout Buyer Terms, once you download the software or receive your license key, you agree to immediate delivery and lose the standard right of withdrawal (cancellation period) for digital content. This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. If local law gives you more protection, those rights apply too.
